1. USA Truck announces that dedicated drivers will receive an annual salary of 10 4,104,000 in some markets.  Meanwhile, MCO Transport increased drivers' salaries by more than 10% in all of its units in May, with the company's best operators earning about $ 100,000 under the new program.


Da. Daimler Truck North America includes three additions to safety features that could be based on preliminary federal statistics showing that truck-related deaths fell last year while passenger car deaths increased.  The new features add speed control and more automation to the braking truck.  The story of Alan Adler


Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts Inc. is permanently shutting down its processing and distribution facility in El Paso, Texas, according to a notice sent to state officials last week.  The Alfareta, Georgia-based Peanut and Trent Processing Company will lay off 86 employees.  The story of Noi Mahoney


Nav.  Navistar International Corporation told the Securities and Exchange Commission that it had been hit by cybertech in late May.  The truck and bus manufacturer in Leslie, Illinois, said it was "reducing the potential impact" by working with third-party cybersecurity experts and federal law enforcement agencies.  Report by Alan Adler
